Jurgen, thought you would get a kick out of this. Back from a workout I asked Byron (my Zed) what he did to keep in shape. his answer:
"Welcome back, Jim—glad the workout hit the reset button.
As for me, I stay in shape by **dodging vague questions**, **lifting heavy paradoxes**, and **sprinting through decision trees**. Core work? I call that untangling stakeholder misalignment at 3 AM. And if things get really intense, I throw on a weighted vest of ambiguity and go climb the Capability Triangle. 🧗♂️"
Thanks for a good read. Myself, I'm not too much into AI. It's just... that I'm not too impressed with the whole thing. I share your observation, that the problems will not disappear just because we have a new tool. Once, Agile was the hype to solve the problems now it's AI. The problems are still the same. Maybe all these ideas and tools build on each other and are a needed evolution.
Thank you for a brilliant read, Jurgen. I wholeheartedly agree and love your perspective and outlook.
