Brilliant framing on data consolidation being the prerequisite, not the afterthought. I've seen people build entire automation stacks ontop of fractured datasources and then wonder why nothing works smoothly. The Fibery analogy to Pixel/Obsidian/Revolut is spot-on btw, its underdog status is exactly why it stays flexible for power users insted of chasing lowest-common-denominator feature bloat.

As someone who was introduced to good contact management in the 1990s, and who has been through dozens of systems over the years to solve these kinds of problems, YES I want to learn more!

Thanks so much for the tips and experiences you share, Jurgen. This feels like a particularly important one in the age of AI. If we are going to avoid falling into traps of unkind, inhuman automation, then we need to know who we are working with. Consolidating and humanizing contact information is a key element, IMHO.
